A generation failed+
Failed generations are not charged. Hit Generate again. If it fails twice in a row, message us with the time it happened and what you were trying to make.
Credits not showing after a purchase+
Stripe webhooks land within ~10 seconds — refresh the page once. If credits are still missing after 5 minutes, send us your purchase receipt and the email on your MemeMint account.
Wallet won't connect+
Make sure your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack) extension is unlocked. Refresh the page. On mobile, open MemeMint inside the wallet app's built-in browser instead of Safari/Chrome.
Dev buy failed but coin minted+
Your coin is already live on pump.fun — only the dev buy didn't go through. Click "Retry dev buy" on the launch confirmation screen, or buy manually from pump.fun using the same wallet.
Can't see past launches+
Past launches show under /account once you're signed in. Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used when you launched the coin.
